The GTA noted that this shift toward digitization is crucial. It gives local operators better access to the global market. It also makes local products more visible to the world. Another proud moment for the nation was the new Agri-Tourism Policy. This framework was built to link rich farms with tourism dreams. It was a joint effort between the GTA and the Ministry of Agriculture. The Inter-American Institute for Co-operation on Agriculture (IICA) also provided support.
