EA Sports has released the complete player ratings for Madden NFL 27, giving New York Giants fans an early look at how the roster stacks up ahead of the game’s August 13 launch. The Giants check in with a team overall rating of 78.
Left tackle Andrew Thomas leads the way as the highest-rated Giant at 93 overall. Linebacker Brian Burns follows at 89, while wide receiver Malik Nabers lands at 86. Defensive tackle D.J. Reader checks in at 84, and safety Jevon Holland sits at 83.
Fullback Patrick Ricard and linebacker Tremaine Edmunds both received 82 overall ratings. Edge rusher Abdul Carter and running back Cam Skattebo are rated 81. Right tackle Jermaine Eluemunor comes in at 80.
Several players sit in the high 70s, including linebacker Arvell Reese (79), cornerbacks Greg Newsome II and Paulson Adebo (79 each), and running back Tyrone Tracy Jr. (79). Wide receiver Darius Slayton, cornerback Dru Phillips, guard Francis Mauigoa, and linebacker Kayvon Thibodeaux are all rated 78.
Quarterback Jaxson Dart earned a 77 overall rating. Other notable marks include tight end Theo Johnson at 77, wide receivers Darnell Mooney and JuJu Smith-Schuster in the mid-70s, and rookies Colton Hood and Malachi Fields both at 75 and 73, respectively.
Wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. was given a 72, and the lowest-rated Giants player is quarterback Brandon Allen, who received a 54.
